Just Deserts & Bedevil…the 411!

Yeah, let’s talk about Just Deserts and Bedevil.

Bedevil, #2 of the Mystical Encounters Series, was due to be published in February 2020, but a number of things happened.

The series didn’t get the attention I expected when I published the first story, Advent, in October 2019. It was my first attempt at the fiction world of Fantasy writing. While I remain proud of my courage to delve into this genre, and also remain committed to completing the series, I find myself needing to reevaluate the story guide, and choosing a shorter number in the series.

Where I was looking at 18 to 20 short novellas in the Mystical Encounters Series, I am now… Or better put, I have now decided to condense it to 8 to 10 novellas.

This decided, I’ve been reworking the second story, Bedevil, to suit this new pattern. Which is why Bedevil didn’t come out in February, but will likely hit the stand in June, God willing.

Now to the 411 on Just Deserts.

Initially built for February, it too underwent, and is undergoing, a change process… and definitely for the better. Lol.

Anyhoo, this has postponed the release date to: 1 April 2020. That’s a definite date, God willing… again. But I know He’d be willing…lol.

So… that’s the info on Just Deserts and Bedevil. Let me add an extra reminder (or is it a promise?) that Once, the book containing Once and Forever and Just This Once, the love stories of Kobi, Chima, Naeto and… someone else, would definitely come out this year. I see the ember months, but I can’t as yet reveal a date.

My life as I knew it is undergoing a change at the moment too. I’m setting up a business, and this is taking up, and will continue to take up, a lot of my time. I will no longer be a full-time writer, but I’m working out a suitable writing schedule. A writer must, really.

That’s it. That’s all I wanted to bore you with this weekend. If you got to this last paragraph, I’m saying thank you for being brave enough to stick it out. Lmao.
